“We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Todd Nagel. With 13 years of experience, Todd knows the business extremely well and goes above and beyond for his clients. He works day and night until the job is done and is excellent at finding creative, out-of-the-box solutions when challenges come up.
Todd helped us purchase our home for $22,000 below asking price and $30,000 below the lender’s appraisal values. Additionally, the seller was required per the contract to complete permitting a patio enclosure which cost the seller over $20,000. We received the benefit now of a patio enclosure and the extra sq. ft.. His knowledge, negotiation skills, and dedication made a huge difference throughout the entire process.
If you’re looking for a realtor who truly works for his clients and knows how to get the best deal, we highly recommend Todd!”

“Our lender recommended Todd to us, and we are so glad she did!” We were interested in moving to a town outside his normal range, but he was more than willing to drive and get us the home of our dreams. Todd was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Even after we moved in, he kept providing us with market updates and contractor recommendations.
“Todd will help you through each aspect of the purchasing process. From finding a quality mortgage to negotiating the terms of our contract, he made sure every step was handled with integrity and expertise”.
“Todd makes you feel like you are the one and only client. He answered all questions quickly, day or night and helped us get to know neighborhoods we’d never considered. In the end, we purchased our dream home.”
